As Founder and President of Strategality LLC, Monty Kosma advises top executives and investors on product development, go-to-market strategy, and capital formation. He has previously served as the top executive responsible for operations, product, engineering, and marketing in numerous technology companies. He has also worked in client services, as a member of the Media, Operations, and Private Equity practice groups at McKinsey & Company, and in the antitrust and constitutional law practices at Jones Day and Gibson Dunn. He regularly handled matters involving technology and consumer protection for clients such as Apple, Cadence, Dell, Intel, Intuit, Northrop, P&G, and XMSirius, and served as lead counsel in false advertising and fraud cases before the US Supreme Court as well as lower courts and the FTC. As a Skunk Works scientist working on stealth aircraft design at Lockheed, Monty solved the then-largest-ever computational problem in collaboration with Thinking Machines Corporation (reported in NY Times). He has published peer-reviewed articles in data science and history and conducted research projects in computational neurochemistry, neuroanatomy, and superconductivity.
Monty holds a BS with Distinction in Physics from Harvey Mudd College and a JD with High Honors from the University of Chicago Law School. He is a licensed member of the District of Columbia bar.
